- Carrier: We utilize USPS for shipping your orders. Please note that USPS does not operate on holidays or weekends.


- Order Processing Time: Typically, we process orders within 1 business day on average, although it may take up to 5 business days in some cases.

- All in-stock orders will be shipped via Express or Priority, ensuring delivery within 1-3 days.

- Orders containing (Virgin Extensions) not currently in stock will ship via Priority Mail in 7-10 business days. (Raw Extensions) not currently in stock will ship via Priority Mail in 10-12 business days. If any item has an extended shipping time, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date.


- Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as it cannot be modified once the order is confirmed. We do not offer in-store pickups for online orders unless it has been confirmed with our representatives.


- Returns and Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We recommend reviewing the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to reach out to us at any time.


- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number automatically. Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days from the order placement date, depending on the chosen delivery option.

If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us before making a purchase to confirm the processing and shipping times for your order. We can also assist you in arranging expedited shipping for eligible items. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If a delivery is missed or refused, any associated fees for reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

- Delivery Options:
